Top 10 cities in the North
The Telegraph has named the 10 best cities to live in the North of the UK. The paper has praised Northern properties stating that ‘these areas contain some of the most spacious properties in the country. Large gardens are the norm not the exception, and a decent family house is the price of a Mayfair garage.’ Their 10 best Northern cities are based on affordability, value for money and the number of facilities available.
